SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will serve as the first point of contact for employees and will assist in carrying out HR and Administration. To assist day-to-day HR administration and operational matters, including recruitment, benefit & welfare, engagement, talent retention, performance management, employment database management, training, payroll, office admin etc.   

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end (from managing multiple job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, conduct interview, reference check-up and etc)..
• Conduct orientation or induction to all new join staff.
• Responsible off-boarding process for separation cases.
• Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
• Monitoring staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
• Ensuring that all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the Group HR policies and procedure. Highlights for review and updates as and when required.
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, assist in preparation, payment and etc.
• Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.

• Develop and maintain good business relationship with customers.
• Obtain and update market information relating to our business vs our competitors.
• Responsible for the entire spectrum of sales and marketing functions which will include servicing the existing customers in domestic and obtaining the sales orders to meet the sales target.
• To promote and develop the market potential.
• Required to enhance the level of sales service and rapport with existing customers.

SUMMARY

In this role, you will be working with cross-functional teams and the clients, in executing and managing all digital ad campaigns across different digital channels, from pre-campaign execution, campaign execution (setup campaign tracking, optimize campaign delivery, etc), and post-campaign execution. You will be responsible to ensure all ads come with a robust end-to-end commercial strategy, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the client needs.

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
• Provide customer support to manage, monitor, and engage customers via various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, phone, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.
